Products requiring 1-Day and received before 3:00pm (CST) will be ready by 12:00 noon (CST) the next day, Monday thru Friday. If ordering multiple paper types or services in one order, add an additional day per paper type or service. No order will exceed 5 days unless you are specifically notified by the lab.

VIP Rush: for $4.95 plus 10% of the order, you can specify a preferred due date and time more than 4 hours from the time of submission. Only available through ROES ordering system. If we cannot meet your request, a customer service representative will contact you.
Quick Prints: if you need 8-up Wallets, 4x6s, 5x7s, or 8x10s within 2 hours, we offer Quick Prints on Pro Lustre paper only. Available only during normal Store Hours. Additional finishing services are not available for this product.
4-Hour: for an additional 50% of the order, you can have your order ready in 4 hours.
1-Hour: for an additional 100% of the order, you can have your order ready in 1 hour.

Many orders are started within minutes of being received so if a change or cancellation needs to be made, call us at (210) 377-3686 as soon as possible. Once we have begun an order, it may be past the point of changing or cancelling. If we are able to make changes to existing orders, more time may be required to fulfill the order.
